SMS Terms
Last updated March 31, 2026
Please read these SMS Terms carefully. By entering your mobile phone number and checking the consent box while submitting an insurance request form on QuickInsurance, you expressly agree to receive both non-marketing and marketing text messages from QuickInsurance (“Company”), including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, at the mobile number you provided.
You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of using our website or requesting insurance-related information. Some data transmitted through this service may also be governed by our Website Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms related to your use of QuickInsurance services.
What is QuickInsurance?
QuickInsurance is an online insurance comparison and lead-generation platform that helps connect consumers with insurance carriers, agencies, advertisers, and related service providers who may be able to offer insurance products, policy information, or quote assistance.
After a consumer gives express written consent, QuickInsurance may send text messages related to the consumer’s quote request, request status, follow-up opportunities, and other insurance-related goods or services that may be relevant to the request. Insurance providers or partners you may be matched with may also contact you electronically to discuss your insurance inquiry, verify information, or continue the underwriting and quote process if applicable.
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you may follow the opt-out instructions included in the message, or reply with STOP or QUIT to the short code or number from which the message was sent. You may also reply HELP for assistance.
You may receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request. In some cases, you may also be provided with an unsubscribe link directing you back to the website where you originally opted in.
You may also request removal from future text communications by emailing us at support@quickinsurance.site.
Frequency of Messaging
QuickInsurance alerts and notifications are generally sent at an estimated frequency of approximately 2 messages per week, although actual frequency may vary depending on your request activity, quote progress, and partner follow-up needs.
Access to the Services
To receive these messages, you must have an active mobile subscription with a participating wireless carrier, or otherwise have access to a communications network capable of receiving text messages. You are responsible for all carrier charges, messaging fees, and service costs required to receive text messages.
Your carrier’s message and data rates will apply to all SMS communications sent in connection with this service. Any questions regarding billing, pricing, refunds, overages, or carrier-related support should be directed to your mobile carrier.
Supported carriers may include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, and other participating carriers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are also responsible for providing any necessary device, equipment, and software needed to participate in the SMS service, including a functioning mobile phone or compatible device.
QuickInsurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or cancel all or any portion of the SMS service at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep messaging available, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, repairs, telecom issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide in connection with your insurance request. If you are not the account holder, you confirm that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number in the SMS service.
If your mobile number changes, you are responsible for notifying us immediately by emailing support@quickinsurance.site.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, expenses, and damages arising in whole or in part from your failure to notify us of a number change, including any claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar laws.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information, including your mobile number and any related request data, is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy posted on QuickInsurance for additional information about how your data is handled.
Age Requirements and Service Limitations
Consumers who opt in to receive QuickInsurance text messages must be at least 18 years of age. By enrolling in the SMS service, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation in the SMS service if we determine that a user does not meet these age requirements or otherwise violates these terms.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding access to your mobile phone number and for all activities that occur in connection with that number.
Changes to These Terms
QuickInsurance may revise, update, or amend these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes become effective once posted on our website. Your continued consent to receive text messages after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.
Termination of Text Messaging
We may suspend or terminate your ability to receive text messages if we believe you have violated these SMS Terms or applicable law. Your SMS service may also end if your mobile service becomes inactive, expires, or is terminated by your carrier.
QuickInsurance may also modify or discontinue all or part of the text messaging service at any time, with or without notice.
